Hello, our son's recruiter only provided us with XXX for platoon number. Would be good to know when a platoon number is allocated so we can use the Sandboxx service.

Once he gets to boot camp, he'll be assigned a platoon number. You'll get a form letter 2 weeks that will have his mailing address. In my experience, sometimes Sandboxx has that information quicker or the recruiter may have it sooner also.
