    Would our son have left his cellphone with his Recruiter in Sacramento, because my ex said his phone is showing still being in Sacramento, CA/

      Suzanne P. Lopez  In my experience, they don't leave their phones with recruiters.  He could have either accidentally left it there or it was shut off after he left and Sacramento is the last place that it "tracked".
